Job Description
We invite you to apply for the position of Customer Relationship Officer at NJ India Invest. In this role, you will be responsible for processing transactions related to Mutual Funds, Exchanges, Fixed Deposits, and Bonds. Your key responsibilities will include entering transactions, uploading and scanning applications daily, and managing acknowledgments. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining branch expenses and petty cash. Your secondary responsibilities will encompass managing non-financial transactions, overseeing office administration, and providing vital sales support.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience and ideally hold a degree in B.A, B.Com, or B.B.A. This position is located in Mumbai and welcomes applicants of all genders.
