Job Description
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹200,00 – ₹300,00 per annum
Company: Lime Tree Hotels
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Executive to oversee our front office operations. Your role will be to deliver excellent guest service, manage check-ins and check-outs, resolve complaints, and ensure high occupancy through optimal room allocation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field, minimum 2 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in hotel software.
Job Type: Full-time. Benefits include provided food, Provident Fund, and performance bonuses.
Schedule: Day and rotational shifts. Work location is in person.
