Job Description
KBD Talent Forge India Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed Collection Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to retrieve overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and addressing billing disputes. Candidates must possess a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance preferred) and have 1–3 years of experience in collections.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this position. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from ₹120,742.74 to ₹501,775.52 per year. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, and a Provident Fund.
