Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to enhance our team. The Telecaller will engage in outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, address inbound inquiries, provide essential product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote our products/services.
- Respond to incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain an accurate database of customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
- Regularly update CRM software with call records.
- Provide insights on customer trends and product/service concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
