Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to be part of our Non-Voice Process team. This role focuses on customer support and data entry tasks via email, chat, or internal systems—no phone calls are required.
Key Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries professionally, performing accurate data entry and verification, following company guidelines to resolve customer issues, escalating complex queries, and maintaining documentation of interactions. Candidates should be a minimum of 12th pass or a graduate in any discipline, possess good written English communication skills, and have basic computer knowledge with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM. While prior experience in a BPO/KPO is preferred, it is not mandatory.
