Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is currently seeking dedicated Field Executives to effectively manage client portfolios, facilitate payment recovery, and ensure that financial records are maintained in accordance with legal regulations. Candidates should possess a minimum educational qualification of +2 or higher, and should be under 30 years of age, applicable for both freshers and those with Microfinance Institution (MFI) experience.
Compensation: A competitive salary ranging from ₹18,00 to ₹22,00 per month, along with unlimited incentives. Freshers will receive an initial compensation of ₹12,00 during a two-month probation period.
Location: Nenmara. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
