Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer inquiries related to profile creation, matches, and premium services through phone, WhatsApp, and email. This role requires following up with leads to convert free users to premium memberships, maintaining user data in CRM tools, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Candidates must handle sensitive information with professionalism and oversee telecallers as necessary.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in matrimonial portals or customer service, a Graduate Degree, and proficiency in both Malayalam and English. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are essential. Experience as a Team Leader in customer service, telecalling, or relationship management is highly regarded.
