Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital platforms, generating inquiries, converting leads into business, managing CRM updates, and reporting on progress. Ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and a strong willingness to learn. A vision for departmental clarity and growth is essential.

This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of ₹14,086.00 – ₹16,296.60. Benefits include paid sick time and a performance bonus. The work schedule consists of day shifts, and candidates are preferred to have completed secondary education (10th Pass). This role requires in-person attendance.
