Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Medical Coder to enhance our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting healthcare services into standardized codes essential for billing and documentation.
Key responsibilities include reviewing medical records, accurately assigning codes for diagnoses and procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems is a must.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the capability to work independently. A certification in medical coding (e.g., AAPC or AHIMA) is highly preferred.
