Job Description
Sojitz India Pvt Ltd is actively seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy professionals to be part of our Non-Voice Process team. This position involves managing customer support and data entry tasks through email, chat, or internal platforms—excluding phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, ensure precise data entry, resolve issues according to company protocols, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed at least the 12th grade or hold a graduate degree, possess strong written English skills, demonstrate basic computer proficiency, and maintain a typing speed of 30 WPM or higher. Previous experience in a BPO/KPO environment is preferred.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from ₹19,769.77 to ₹33,954.36.
Schedule: Available shifts include day, morning, and night. This is an on-site position.
