Job Description
Debtcare Enterprises Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Debt Recovery Agent. In this vital position, you will manage the debt recovery process by reaching out to customers with Non-Performing Assets (NPA).
Key responsibilities include initiating settlements and filing complaints via our CRM system, educating customers about their CIBIL scores, and collecting overdue payments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, strong time management abilities, and a solid understanding of banking and loan processes.

Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month
