Job Description
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Salary: ₹10,00 – ₹15,00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in Tamil.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow up with customers as necessary.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tamil; basic English skills preferred.
- Must have completed at least the 12th grade or be a graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
