Job Description
HomeLane is looking for a talented Project Planner to manage project delivery within our Delivery Unit. Key responsibilities include monitoring factory capacity, managing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and ensuring timely manufacturing and installation turnaround. The successful candidate will identify metric discrepancies, tackle order fulfillment challenges, and serve as the main point of contact for order-related issues. A strong emphasis on continuous improvement and accountability for mistakes is essential.
Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, possess excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrate strong English communication abilities, and show a commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
