Job Description

Vicom Security Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our Kolkata office located on Beck Bagan Row. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email. You will assist customers with product installation, usage, troubleshooting, and provide support for post-sales warranty inquiries and complaints. Additionally, you will collaborate with our technical/service team to resolve any outstanding issues.

Qualifications include proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer support or call center roles. Strong interpersonal and documentation skills are essential for this position.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹11,264.95 to ₹21,714.06 per month, along with health insurance and a provident fund.
