Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to existing customers.
- Build rapport and ensure 100% software usage.
- Resolve daily customer issues and manage renewals and upsells.
- Respond to queries via phone, email, or chat promptly.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
