Job Description
Precise Infotech Solution is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Agent at our Mumbai office. This is a night shift full-time role, and we prefer candidates who can join immediately.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Age: Up to 35 years
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade completed
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Language: Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working night shifts
Job Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing accurate solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Salary: ₹30,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month.
