Job Description
Are you ready to pack your skills and embark on a rewarding career in the travel industry? TripFactory is seeking a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Executive to manage group bookings for domestic and international flights.
Key Responsibilities: Handle bookings efficiently, manage PNRs, perform EMD issuances, utilize airline tools, ensure ticket accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications: 3-6 years in ticketing (group focus), proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo), excellent organizational skills, and strong customer service abilities.
