Job Description
ACCURATE SYSTEMS is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Executive to become part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will warmly greet customers, assess their needs, and accurately document calls, complaints, and service requests. You will also explain our service policies and provide timely updates regarding service status.
The ideal candidate will take charge of telemarketing duties, gather valuable customer feedback, and efficiently address post-service concerns. This is a full-time, permanent position, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.
Compensation starts at ₹12,00.00 per month, with additional benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is preferred.
This position requires in-person attendance.
