Job Description
Cognizant is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the management and processing of Customer Information Files (CIF) for our US-based clients. Your primary focus will be on onboarding updates, data maintenance, and verification processes.
Key responsibilities include the accurate creation and upkeep of customer records within the CIF system. Candidates must possess proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. A solid understanding of US banking regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements is essential for this position.
