Job Description
NATIONAL SIGNS is on the lookout for a dedicated Tele Calling Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to phone inquiries, explaining our products and services, and reaching out to both existing and potential customers using provided scripts.
Your role will involve gathering customer information, resolving inquiries, processing product orders, and updating our customer database. You will also suggest appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,500.00 per month
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, commission, and performance bonuses.
Experience: 1 year required.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi is mandatory.
