Job Role:
- Manage follow-ups for payment collections
- Maintain and update customer records
- Provide telecalling support according to process
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Female candidates only
- Fluency in Malayalam is required
