Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Flight Booking Executive to manage both domestic and international flight reservations using GDS tools such as Amadeus and Galileo. Your responsibilities will include processing cancellations, rebookings, and refunds while ensuring excellent coordination with clients. You will also monitor airline fares, recommend cost-effective solutions, and support team collaboration.
Qualifications Required: A minimum of 12th-grade education with experience in ticketing. Graduates with relevant certifications (e.g., IATA) are preferred.
Key Skills: Proficiency in GDS systems, strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English, knowledge of fare rules, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹10,220.04 – ₹36,128.56 per month.
