Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer inquiries related to sea freight shipments.
- Ensure professional communication through email and phone.
- Prepare and validate shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and invoices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce or Logistics).
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills.
