Location: Pune

Shift: US Shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Work Mode: In-Office
Elevate X Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this voice-based BPO role, you will interact with US customers by handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and meeting performance objectives, all while delivering exceptional communication in English.
The salary for this position ranges from ₹3.5 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA, depending on experience, in addition to performance-based incentives and benefits.
