Job Description
Roamsoft Technologies is seeking a dedicated Tamil Voice Process Executive to join our team. In this position, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, providing exceptional support to customers by addressing their inquiries and delivering accurate information. Your proficiency in resolving customer complaints promptly will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the overall quality of our services.
This is a full-time role, and we welcome fresh graduates. The starting salary is ₹14,00.00 per month, accompanied by various benefits, including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick leave, a provident fund, and the flexibility to work from home.
Fluency in Tamil is strongly preferred. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.
