Job Description
VANCHINAD FINANCE PVT LTD is looking for a meticulous Account Assistant to enhance our finance team. The successful candidate will handle various financial responsibilities, such as:
- Reconciling invoices and resolving discrepancies
- Generating and updating expense reports
- Processing reimbursement requests
- Preparing bank deposits
- Entering financial transactions into internal systems
- Verifying spreadsheet accuracy
- Maintaining both digital and physical financial records
- Issuing invoices to clients and external partners as necessary
- Reviewing and organizing payroll documentation
- Assisting in quarterly and annual audits
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 monthly
