Job Description
MedPlus Health Services Limited is looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate (CSA) to become part of our team. The role involves greeting customers, addressing inquiries, managing prescription data, and ensuring adherence to pharmacy regulations. Additionally, the CSA will assist in inventory management and handle cash transactions.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum SSLC qualification and be fluent in both Malayalam and English. A 2-wheeler license is preferred, with candidates open to commuting to Kumbanad, Kurisumoodu, or Konni given priority. While male candidates are preferred, female candidates are encouraged to apply, especially for home delivery roles.
Salary: Up to ₹22,800.00 per month, along with benefits.
