Job Description
Position: Staff / Dialysis Nurse
Reporting To: Senior Dialysis Technician
Role Summary:
- Administer dialysis procedures according to patient prescriptions.
- Evaluate patient conditions before, during, and after treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain communication with nephrologists.
- Provide education to patients about their treatments and address any concerns.
- Oversee record-keeping and ensure proper disinfection of dialysis machines.
- Deliver high-quality care and foster collaboration within the dialysis team.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSC Nursing), General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM), or equivalent diplomas.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
