Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative at Kotak Mahindra. This role is essential for maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and address clients’ queries.
- Make outbound calls for collections, informing clients about pending EMI, and conducting sales pitches for various products.
- Follow up on cases and ensure they are closed within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Liaise with different departments to resolve cases effectively.
