Job Description
We are currently looking for a committed Associate General Manager for our XYLEM LEARNING business vertical. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing team productivity, and streamlining quality processes. This position will oversee a dedicated team of 200 telecallers and support 6 Team Leaders and 4 Sales Managers in meeting their sales objectives. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) and have 8-12 years of relevant experience. We invite candidates aged 23-40 to apply. This position is located in Palarivattom, Kerala, India, and offers a competitive salary ranging from 12 to 15 LPA.
