Job Description
CATALYST EDUCATION is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Alappuzha. The successful candidate will lead outreach efforts, establish key partnerships, and enhance student admission growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute business strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Build partnerships with educational institutions.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and awareness programs.
- Guide and mentor the Business Development Executive (BDE) team.
- Oversee marketing and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary range of ₹25,00.00 – ₹45,00.00, requiring in-person attendance.
