The Executive Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in the Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for overall recruitment activities including:
- Preparing job descriptions.
- Identifying hiring sources for open positions.
- Posting jobs on various job portals and social media.
- Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews.
- Managing campus placements and onboarding processes.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA HR from a premier institution with 2-4 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a medium/large organization, preferably in Business Consulting.
