Job Description
TripJack, located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, just a short walk from Currey Road station, is looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to enrich our team. In this position, you will engage in outbound sales calls to promote our travel packages, flight bookings, and hotel reservations. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer travel inquiries, providing comprehensive booking assistance, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, convert Non-Transacting Agents into active transacting partners, and work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate smooth bookings.
