Job Description
Affable Jobs, a premier Financial & Legal Advisory Firm based in Vyttila, Kochi, is seeking a qualified Company Secretary. This full-time role welcomes applications from both male and female candidates.
Key Responsibilities: You will ensure compliance with the Companies Act, prepare and file statutory documents, provide corporate governance advice to management, and assist in our legal and financial advisory services.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a CS qualification (either fully qualified or finalist) with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Recent graduates with substantial internship experience may also be considered.
Salary: ₹50,00.00 – ₹70,00.00 per month.
