Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Principal Designer to oversee design projects for our esteemed HomeLane clients. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to fully understand their design needs, provide effective design solutions, and efficiently manage multiple projects. You will also analyze sales reports and work closely with other departments to improve our design offerings.
Applicants should have a minimum of a 4-year Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, along with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience. Site experience is essential, and strong communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in Google SketchUp software and experience with residential projects are also necessary qualifications.
