Job Description

Join our esteemed team at Rolls-Royce as a Guided and Interactive Troubleshooting Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing product defects, developing troubleshooting resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of content to our service teams. Your collaboration will extend globally, working alongside teams in Service, Research & Development, and the Training Center while also testing products for consistency and quality assurance.

We seek candidates who hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, accompanied by 6-9 years of relevant experience and strong analytical capabilities. A background in internal combustion engines is preferred, alongside programming proficiency in OTX and strong skills in MS Office. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this position.
