Job Description

NTT DATA is looking for a committed Medical Records Coding and Transcription Associate with a background in surgical coding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting healthcare diagnoses, procedures, and medical services into standardized alphanumeric codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review clinical documentation to accurately interpret patient diagnoses.
• Develop a consistent vocabulary for classifying causes of injury, illness, and mortality.
• Ensure precise standard coding for clinical statements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Healthcare BPO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, BPT, Pharmacy, or Nursing.
• In-depth understanding of Human Anatomy and Physiology.
• Proficient in using Windows PC applications.
• Able to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with the potential for overtime.
