Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is looking for a committed Process Support and Compliance Specialist to become a valuable member of our team. This role (Grade-M1/M2) will involve collaboration with both the Business and Operational Risk Management (ORM) teams for vendor onboarding in our commercial banking sector.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing the documentation submitted for vendor onboarding and responding to queries from the ORM team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or finance, along with 1-3 years of experience in banking operations.
Essential skills include proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
