Urban Standz is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Field Relationship Executive (FRE) to manage our subleased properties in Jayanagar. In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with property owners and tenants, ensuring efficient operations while upholding high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for subleased properties.
- Establish trust with property owners and tenants.
- Coordinate property inspections and address queries.
- Monitor property conditions and report maintenance needs.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a willingness to travel. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
