Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to manage both outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to build rapport rapidly, and a positive mindset focused on achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote our products and services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and pursue leads to successfully convert them into customers.
- Maintain an organized database of customer information.
- Consistently meet call and sales targets.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
