Job Description
Medizuz Poly Clinic is looking for a highly organized and dedicated Admin Executive to manage the daily administrative functions of our office. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle correspondence, maintain accurate records, coordinate staff schedules, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative duties.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and all forms of correspondence.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules and support managerial tasks.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and organizational skills are required.
