Job Description
Oracle is in search of a committed Data Center Technician who will provide technical support and installation services. Key responsibilities include performing hardware maintenance, managing network and cabling tasks, and overseeing installations within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data centers. Candidates will be expected to prioritize ticketing queues, resolve escalated issues, and offer 24/7 site coverage rotating through shifts.
A foundational understanding of operating systems, hardware components, and network principles is required, alongside familiarity with data center design. Proficiency in spoken English is essential for effective communication.
