Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor and Warranty Manager to join our Bus Division in Kochi. In this pivotal role, you will oversee staff management, resource allocation, and budgeting, while building strong relationships with our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include managing warranty and AMC claims in alignment with manufacturer standards, handling the replacement and disposal of warranty parts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
