Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is in search of a committed individual to fill the role of Housing Finance Sales Training Team Member. This position is pivotal in leading nationwide training initiatives for our Housing Finance Channel. The ideal candidate will oversee learning and development strategies, partner with stakeholders to conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA), and create impactful learning solutions.
The responsibilities include facilitating training sessions aimed at enhancing sales performance, ensuring a seamless learning experience, and meticulously maintaining training records. Candidates should possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience within the mortgage industry, exemplary English communication skills, and robust stakeholder management aptitude.
