Job Description
Infosys BPM Limited is inviting applications for the position of Process Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving daily process targets, maintaining adherence to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and executing transactions in accordance with established guidelines.
Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with the willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and 24/7 operations. Additionally, adaptability to client governance and a focus on improving performance standards are essential. Ideal candidates will have 0-9 months of experience and must be graduates from 2022 onwards. This position is office-based and falls within the banking sector.
