Job Description
DMH Muthu’s Hospital is actively seeking a skilled and committed Nursing Supervisor to enhance our esteemed healthcare team. In this crucial role, you will supervise nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care while upholding our high nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee nursing staff, maintain patient care quality, conduct staff training, respond to emergencies, and manage documentation processes.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with a valid registration, along with 3 to 6 years of supervisory experience and exceptional leadership skills.
Compensation: Starting at ₹25,00.00 per month | Benefits: Provident Fund | Work Location: On-site.
