About Spixar:
Spixar Technologies Solutions is an innovative and rapidly expanding advertising and marketing firm. We are currently looking for Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultants to support our recruitment efforts for sales and marketing positions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and advertise job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Submit shortlisted candidates for further evaluation.
Commitment: 3 hours per day, 5 days a week (minimum commitment of 3 months).
Compensation: Earn up to ₹60,00 for each hired and retained candidate.
