Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Review Analyst to evaluate fraud alerts, including in-clearing checks, deposited checks, newly opened accounts, and online transactions. The successful candidate will analyze account activity for indications of fraud risk and employ analytical judgment to assess potential impacts on customers, determining appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
This role requires managing various queues in compliance with standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency. As part of the Client Protection operations team, you will handle VISA and MasterCard transactions, ATM fees, cheque fraud, and potential chargebacks, adhering to Visa regulations.
