Job Description
Join DP World as a Warehouse Operations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions, including Inward, Sorting, Picking, Outbound, and Inventory management. You will ensure timely unloading of vehicles, plan manpower according to volume changes, and manage a team of over 150 staff. Key responsibilities include loss control, analyzing operational reports, maintaining warehouse hygiene, and responding promptly to customer inquiries. You will also ensure safety compliance and handle escalations effectively. Proactive customer relationship management is essential, supported by timely report generation to minimize complaints.
