Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team at Vasan Eye Care Hospital. The ideal candidate will guide patients through their journey, offering insights on medical reports and coordinating with medical professionals.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide patient counseling based on doctor’s reports.
- Coordinate with Consultant/Centre Head daily about surgery advice.
- Maintain checklists and detailed patient reports.
- Explain procedure tariffs and investigate billing with TPA/Insurance.
- Conduct tele-calling and follow up with patients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Leave encashment, Provident Fund
